Pregnancy rapid test HCG
Human Chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) is a glycoprotein hormone secreted by the developing HCG test kit placenta shortly after fertilization. During normal pregnancy, HCG test kit can be detected in urine as early as 7 days following conception, doubling every 1.3 to 2 days. At the time of the last missed menstrual period, urine HCG levels are about 100mlU/ml with peak levels of 100, 000 to 200, 000mlU/ml seen at the end of the first trimester. HCG test stripThe presence of HCG soon after conception and its subsequent increase in concentration during early gestational growth make it an ideal marker for the early detection of pregnancy.

Product principle:
The product adopt the principle of chromatographic double antibody sandwich method, using the colloidal gold asan indicating marker.
Test Procedure

1. Follow the illustration and allow test kit to equilibrate to room temperature for 20-30min prior to testing. |
|
2. U se the dropper, drip one drop (25μl)specimen to the Instructions below the arrow and sample place. |
|
3. And meanwhile add two drops(100ul) Sample Diluent . |
|
4. Wait for 10-20 minutes and read results. Over 20 min, the result is invalid. |
Note:
Do not touch test areas of reagent strips and exceed the Max line.
Do not use after expiry date.
Do not remove desiccant(s).
Do not remove strip from the bottle until immediately before it is to be used for testing.
Replace cap immediately and tightly after removing reagent strip.
Store at temperature between 2°C-30°C.
The sample should not be more than 4 hours old at the time of testing.
