ORAL PHARYNGEAL AIRWAY
The Oral Pharyngeal Airway is used to create an air passage way between the mouth and the posterior pharyngeal wall. Useful when the tongue and/or epiglottis fall back against the posterior pharynx in anesthetized or unconscious patients obstructing the flow of air.
Features
1. To prevent the tongue blocking the upper airway;
2. To facilitate suctioning from the airway;
3. Can be used togehr with BVM(bag valve mask);
4. For non gag reflex, unconscious patients.
5. Availabe with both Guedel type and Berman type
